The WONDER COOKER seperates the steam from the liquid. Thanks to its holes with raised edges, liquids (cooking liquids) fall back into the pan whilst the steam escapes. The distilled steam disappears into the air. The escape of steam means that the heat is reflected back towards the food, thus enabling the food to be evenly cooked on both sides and so significantly reducing cooking time.
